Drinking water booster

Pressure boosting stations for buildings, hotels, residences, warehouses, and distribution networks. They can run with 2-4 pumps, inverter/VFD control, and pressure sensors for constant pressure.

Wastewater stations

Solutions for sewage, process water, pits, basements, parking areas, and collectors. The system can include submersible pumps, pump chamber, level control, and alarms.

All-in-one stations

Pre-assembled units with pump, control panel, sensors, valves, piping, and accessories. This makes installation faster and reduces assembly errors.

Control panels and automation

  • Control panel for one or multiple pumps.
  • Automatic start/stop by pressure or level.
  • Inverter/VFD for constant pressure and energy savings.
  • Master/slave pump alternation for even wear.
  • Protection against overload, phase loss, and dry running.
  • High-level alarm, pump fault indication, and panel signalling.

What the system includes

  • Main pump and standby pump

  • Level sensors, float switches, pressure switch, or pressure transmitter
  • Non-return valves, gate valves, manifolds, and gauges
  • Tank, pit, or pump basin depending on application
  • Connections for monitoring, alarms, and maintenance

Data needed for design

  • Application: drinking water, booster, wastewater, drainage, or industrial process.
  • Total flow in liters/minute or m3/hour and required pressure.
  • Number of pumps: 1, 2, 3, or more, with or without standby pump.
  • Water source, minimum/maximum level, and delivery head.
  • Whether the system needs inverter, alarms, monitoring, or automatic operation.
